Elegance Party Rentals was great!  I've used several other bay area rental companies over the years but not anymore!  I will definitely use Elegance Party Rentals from now on!!  Diane was great to work with.  She was patient and accommodating as we had to make changes up until the last week.  Our wedding event involved two different venues--one for the ceremony and then another for the dinner.  No problem for them.  The delivery was on time to both locations and their chairs and tables looked very nice.   Very happy with everything!

Awesome company - not only did they deliver exactly what we ordered when they said, but great quality chairs (sturdy and pretty and arrived clean - not all companies do). Also the online invoicing was super easy, and they were more organized than we were on the day of return - weekend event so they picked up on Monday while my husband and I were at work - got everything out of the yard with no problems despite the fact that we each thought the other was calling to give instructions, and of course Diane called to follow up.  I would absolutely use Elegance again, and recommend to anyone planning an event.

I highly recommend Elegance Party Rentals. Diane was great and her rentals were high-quality for my daughter's outdoor wedding. Even though I continually added to my order, Diane made sure I received everything I requested. Another plus is that Elegance Party Rentals delivers and picks-up the rentals from the venue as opposed to other companies that do not. Diane was easy to work with, pleasant, and prompt in her responses to emails and voicemails. Payment is done online and this service is very easy to use. I will use this vendor again if I need party rentals!!

I used Elegance Party Rentals for Thanksgiving.  I was having a large group and wanted everything to match.  I ordered tables, chairs, table cloths, plates, glasses, you name it.  Around 7:00 P.M. the night before Thanksgiving, as I gazed at my beautiful tables, I realized I had not ordered a set of dessert plates.  It was after hours and my sister told me I was nuts to try to get them, but I called and left a message on the recording anyway.  I received a call back from the owner within 15 minutes and they delivered the plates the next morning (Yes, Thanksgiving morning).  Their equipment was very nice and the prices were great ... but their service is what will keep you coming back.
