* At the time your reservation is made, full payment of the rental amount is required.
* We do not reserve items until payment has been received.
* Events with linens require full payment 10 days prior to event.
* At the time of reservation, we must have full payment to hold your reservation.
* If either item is not received, your order will remain a quote, not a reservation.
* A cancellation fee of the total amount of the rental will be withheld from your initial payment if your reservation is cancelled. We do not give refunds for cancellation for weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. We carry limited quantities of each product, by reserving items for your event, we place those items out of stock from anyone else being able to rent on those reserved dates.
Damaged, Broken or Lost Items:
* We reserve the right to charge for broken, missing, damaged or stained linens.
* You will be charged our cost for the replacement of any items.
* Dishes, silverware, and glasses need to be rinsed of any food or drink prior to pickup.
Delivery and Pickup Fees:
* Please contact us for a Delivery and Pick up quote for your area.
Special Delivery Fees:
* Delivery/pickup hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Mon-Sat. Additional delivery charges will apply for orders requiring delivery/pickup during a specific time, or before or after our typical hours of operation noted above.
Please confirm address and requested delivery time on your invoice.
* If you require delivery/pickup outside of our normal delivery times, an additional fee will apply.
* Delivery Truck must have access to drop off site. All equipment must be stacked at same site for pickup. An extra charge will apply if conditions not meet.
* Set up and break down service is available at an additional fee.
* If we show up for pickup and the items are not ready, we charge $50 for every 30 minutes of standby time or breakdown/carrying.
