Payment: * At the time your reservation is made, full payment of the rental amount is required. * We do not reserve items until payment has been received.Terms: * At the time of reservation, we must have full payment to hold your reservation. * If either item is not received, your order will remain a quote, not a reservation.Cancellation Policy: * A cancellation fee of the total amount of the rental will be withheld from your initial payment if your reservation is cancelled.Damaged, Broken or Lost Items: * We reserve the right to charge for broken, missing, damaged or dirty items. * You will be charged our cost for the replacement of any items.Delivery Fees: * $55.00 — Concord, Clayton, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez * $65.00 — Pittsburg, Bay Point, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon * $80.00 — Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, Pinole, El Sobrante, Hercules. * Other Cities, Please call for quote.Delivery/Pickup & Set-Up: * Delivery/pickup hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
