Payment:
* At the time your reservation is made, full payment of the rental amount is required.
* We do not reserve items until payment has been received.
Terms:
* At the time of reservation, we must have full payment to hold your reservation.
* If either item is not received, your order will remain a quote, not a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
* A cancellation fee of the total amount of the rental will be withheld from your initial payment if your reservation is cancelled.
Damaged, Broken or Lost Items:
* We reserve the right to charge for broken, missing, damaged or dirty items.
* You will be charged our cost for the replacement of any items.
Delivery Fees:
* $60.00 — Concord, Clayton, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez
* $65.00 — Pittsburg, Bay Point, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon
* $80.00 — Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, Pinole, El Sobrante, Hercules.
* Other Cities, Please call for quote.
Delivery/Pickup & Set-Up:
* Delivery/pickup hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, 7 Days a Week. Additional delivery charges of $120 will apply for orders requiring delivery/pickup before or after our typical hours of operation noted above.
Please confirm address and requested delivery time on your invoice.
* If you require delivery/pickup outside of our normal delivery times, an additional fee will apply.
* All delivered equipment is dropped off in the Backyard or Garage; we do not drop off in homes.
* Set up and break down service is available at an additional fee.

* All items being picked up must be in the same location as we delivered them.
If we show up for pickup and the items are not ready, we charge $50 for every 30 minutes of standby time or breakdown/carrying.
Dishware/Glasses:
* Dishes, silverware, and glasses need to be cleaned of any food or drink prior to pick-up.
